We hope that you will be happy with the items that you order. However, if you change your mind, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for a refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification i.e. Special Orders.
The following conditions apply:
Orders must be cancelled within 14 days from the date of delivery by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number with any other relevant information.
We will arrange collection of your items.
Products must be returned in their original undamaged/unused condition and in their original packaging.
All items should be properly wrapped/packaged to ensure they are undamaged during transit.
We cannot provide a refund until the items have been examined.
Special order items will not be accepted back unless they are faulty.
Damaged in Transit:
If you find your order has been damaged during delivery, please contact email@example.com within 14 days.
If there is a fault or missing parts:
Thorough inspection is carried out prior to delivery of your items to ensure all items arrive in full working order. But should you experience the following, contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
If your product has missing parts, please contact us, we will arrange delivery of said parts.
If you find that your products are faulty upon delivery, please photograph the issue, and send the photos to the above e-mail address with your order number and a brief description of the problem. Your query will be escalated as necessary.
Refunds will be made to the same method of payment as your original purchase.
